ASME Titanium Flange

ASME Titanium Flanges are flanges made of titanium and titanium alloys that comply with ASME B16.5 and B16.47 standards. Designed for pipe connection and sealing applications, they feature high corrosion resistance, high strength, and a long service life. 

Utilizing Gr2/Gr5 titanium alloys, which form a stable surface oxide film, the material offers long-term resistance to seawater, acids, alkalis, and chlorinated environments, thereby effectively reducing the frequency of leaks and replacements.

Titanium possesses a high specific strength; under conditions of high pressure and vibration, it is resistant to deformation and fatigue cracking, ensuring the long-term safety and operational integrity of pipeline connections.
